====== Adding a form to a menu in Joomla! ======


  - Log in to the Joomla! back-end.
  - Create and save your form
  - Create a new Menu using the Menu Manager. (Accessable from the Top menu "Menus > Your Desired Menu (Probably Main Menu)")
  - In the Menu Item Manager, click the New toolbar button "On the upper right corner of the screen"
  - From there follow the instructions in the following Images
