It is possible to put Jforms (and with no cloaque) in the module.

Tested, and working with it for some time.

Install mod_plugin_module
Parameters:
Type of plugin { Plugin Code }
Plugin to execute jform=1
Are there additional parameters - yes
Additional parameters 1
Advanced text before plugin { emailcloak=off } (without spaces)

Joomfish will translate it normally.
